Benefit 4

The Tangible Benefit 4 package for outsourcing your secretarial needs includes benefits 1 - 3 including assistance in completing compliance, or application forms, including safe work method statements, subcontractor agreements, superannuation forms & casual workplace office assistance via virtual and workplace** processing.

Fully Negotiable

 * (As per your collection policy and in line with the ACCC Commonwealth Consumer Protection Laws)

** Includes your workplace in the Illawarra, Shellharbour and Sutherland regions, all other areas by arrangement.

*** Standard letter proof reading only, any other complex works by separate agreement.

Maxine Wiseman JP has over 25 years experience in professional assistance in secretarial, managerial and business ownership roles. Although her roles have predominately been in the building industry, her experience also includes retail, finance and superannuation. Independent contracting arrangements with small to medium businesses in need of assistance for business administration, marketing and internal sales. Assisting with business development through marketing campaigns, face - to – face meetings, as well as building client relationships. 

Maxine provides professional consultation, guidance and assessment of small to medium businesses to help implement efficient record keeping, administration and to develop better business practices. 

 With her Diploma in Finance (superannuation) and Diploma in Business Management and her experience with an array of computer programs, including ACT! Vantage, Databuild, Xero, Reflection 2 and Microsoft Office and more, her professional skills will sure be a tangible benefit for outsourcing your secretarial or business management requirements.

SS4U is covered by public liability insurance, personal accident and sickness insurance and superannuation as an independent contractor.
